Our Hostel is located in Taganga, Santa Marta, by the Caribbean coast of Colombia.
Running since 2010, managed by just 1 owner. Designed as a backpacker paradise, it received thousands of backpacker travelers and digital nomads from all around the world, but also got popular between families and locals.
Cozy small charming business. In case you decide to buy it, the owner is available to support for a couple of months if needed.
As Colombia has no stations, we work 12 months a year. Lowest season September, busiest season January to march. All permissions to operate are up to date, taxes, public services.
Our house counts with good reputation on traveler apps like tripadvisor (8 years in a row winners of the tripadvisor certificate of excellence), booking, hostelworld and google business. Good trajectory also as diving school as the actual owner is a PADI Diving Instructor.
It is close to the seashore (200m approx) in a traditional fishermen village.

2 rooms are used as a double private room with a bathroom.
1 room is used as a 6 bed dorm with a bathroom.
Swimming pool used for diving confined water sessions (4.5m x 5.5m dept 1.55-1.65m).
Its located near grocery stores, restaurants, and medical centers. 15 minutes by public bus to Santa Marta historical center. Only 200 meters from the seafront, which goes to the beach .
In Santa Marta you will find supermarkets, cinemas, shopping malls, sport infrastructure, airport, different beaches and connections with at least 5 touristic locations (Tayrona park, Minca, Palomino, Guachaca, Buritaca, el Rodadero, la Guajira).
