Location: Near Montelparo, an historic, medieval town in the Ascoli Piceno province of LeMarche, has all the necessary amenities. Situated approximately thirty minutes equidistant from the Adriatic shore and autostrada to the east, and the Sibillini Mountains in the west, it is conveniently one hour from both the international Ancona and Pescara airports, as well as the international Port of Ancona.

Custom doors and windows are each handcrafted from old wood in the traditional farmhouse style. Artisan-forged iron work forms the window and door hardware as well as the stair and balcony railings.
